October 14th – The Higher Good Served

Author’s note: As with many messages I am asked to relay, I am not always aware of why they are being given.  Such was the case with the Nibiruans’ October 14th First contact message.  I didn’t understand why they said that the October 14th scenario would not be the last contact scenario we’d have; there would be more between now and 2012. A few days later I was introduced to NASA’s Project Blue Beam project.  Putting 2 and 2 together, I finally understood why the Nibiruans sent the first message containing the protocols.  They wanted to provide us with the means to discern a “blue beam” scenario.  They didn’t want to tell me ahead of time so as not to influence the message.  Below is their follow-up message to humanity.  As always, the focus is on the higher purpose.

Greetings,

As people around the world wait with baited breath for tomorrow’s possible sighting of a supposed Galactic Federation starship, those charged with the responsibility of preparing humanity for citizenship in the Galactic Federation of Worlds, wish to offer an observation.  I, Devin, head of the 9D Nibiruan Council, act as spokesperson for my fellow members. 

Keep in mind that we are not saying this ship will appear.  Making predictions is not part of our work.  Our efforts involve providing the higher perspective through which you can make more evolved, compassionate choices.  As time travelers/healers we know that as you make more evolved and compassionate choices, you heal the past events from the many ancient timelines currently being replayed and to which you are connected.  Healing the past allows new timelines to occur and thus, a new future. 

The possible ship sighting is not a new event.  In fact, this scenario has been replayed countless times on other worlds with both positive and negative agendas behind it.  Regardless of the intent, the outcome will always serve the highest good because the Dark, the great teacher always serves the Light.  Allow me to explain.

As we mentioned in our previous message, there are those from ancient worlds reincarnated on your world today that are currently in control.  Once again, their objective is to enslave humanity.  You could say they represent the Dark in this grand game of polarity integration.  They can only enslave you if you give your power to them.  As part of their role they will utilize any and all means to achieve their objective.  Creating cause for continuous anxiety and fear is the most effective means.  Continuous anxiety and fear generate an extreme need for safety and security.  When humans are in this state, they will give up any and everything to fulfill those needs.  Additionally, those in power know that heightening the fear in incremental levels over a period of time is especially effective.  Once humans are at the proper level of fear, those in power will implement their plan, offering their solution. Of course, that solution will require some sacrifice of power on the humans’ part, but the humans will gladly give it.  They will even fight those within their ranks who resist bringing them into alignment with the rescue plan. 

During the time that the fear is being escalated those in power will as you say, test the waters in order to gauge the level of fear.  These tests will usually involve minor implementations of their plan; test runs if you will.  The degree to which humanity clamors and the level of conflict with resisters tells those in power how much longer it will take to implement their plan. 

We share this information with you because we are aware that a plan for supposed Galactic Federation contact is one of the plans being implemented on your world today.  Once again, it is nothing new.  So how can you discern a real contact with us from a fake contact?  As members of the head council overseeing the Grand Experiment for the Galactic Federation of Worlds, we once again give you the protocols for a true first contact. 

1. Contact must be initiated at a time when humanity has achieved a level of spiritual growth sufficient to maintain a state of peace.

2. Contact must be initiated in a location in which the locals are most open to the experience.

3. Contact must be for the purpose of establishing intergalactic relations only. It must not be initiated in order to intercede in humanity’s social, political, religious or environmental affairs.

Per our original intentions for this message, though the October 14th contact does not fulfill the requirements for an authentic contact, nevertheless it has served a higher purpose.  That purpose is that more people have been awakened to the idea of ET contact, as well as, the knowledge of a plan to use an ET contact to enslave humanity. 

It only takes 144,000 people having the same thought at the same time to create an alternate outcome to a timeline event.  In this instance, if 144,000 simultaneously recognize that any ET contact right now would not be in your highest good, and compassionately refuse to participate, this plan for enslavement will not be 100% successful.  Yes, the plan will still be implemented with many people being enslaved, but those 144,000 will be free because they created an alternative timeline event that will enable them to remain so.  Moreover, their actions will provide the opportunity for others to move to that new timeline as future scenarios occur. 

Ascension means ascending your consciousness.  It means integrating the Light and the Dark.  The Dark, the great teacher will take your power if you let it.  Light, the vast repository of higher wisdom provides you the knowledge to hold on to your power and reclaim that which you have lost. The final years before your planet’s crossing of the galactic equator will be fraught with challenges.  All are part of your initiation of a planet into the galactic community.  Those in power on your world knowingly or unknowingly fulfill the higher purpose of teachers, helping you to fulfill your divine destiny as the compassionate race capable of bringing peace.  As such, they are supposed to attempt to take the power you still have and retain that which you have already given.  In order to seize the opportunity for ascension inherent in each challenge they create, ask yourself, what portion of my power must I sacrifice to remain safe; to obtain the security they offer?  Once you make that determination, you can make a higher choice.   

In closing, regardless of what does or does not transpire on October 14th, the opportunity it has created can be a gift.  It is our hope that you claim this gift and use it to further your ascension.    Be in peace and know that we are with you.
