of the Records thru Jelaila
Greetings of Love to you Mankind of Earth,
I am Alystar. I have been asked by Devin, of the
Nibiruan Council to write the preface for this most inspiring and Earthshaking manuscript. As one who maintains the records for the Federation, I am intimately aware of the history of all souls in this
galaxy. I would like to introduce one of those souls to you now. Jelaila.
Jelaila has been chosen to head the work on Earth for the Nibiruan Council. She has
a long history of performing this service in other galaxies, universes and dimensions. Therefore, we have chosen her, based on her record.
I would also like to mention that we have prepared her for every eventuality and you
can depend on her to perform her duties of service to you. After four years of Earth-time training, we are ready to place Jelaila into service and make her publicly
known. The Nibiruan Council has great faith in her and, therefore, so can you.
With love and joy we present to you our Messenger. May she honor us and Earth
with her service.
